Back-to-School Booster: Confidence, Coping Skills & Connection
Designed for elementary-aged students.
The transition back to school can bring a mix of emotions for children — excitement about seeing friends again, nervousness about new expectations, worries about change, or uncertainty about what the new school year will bring.
Our Back-to-School Booster is a fun, therapist-led morning designed to help elementary-aged children build confidence and emotional readiness before returning to the classroom.
During this interactive workshop, children will participate in engaging activities that blend creativity, mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional learning. They will practice identifying emotions, developing coping strategies, building confidence, and connecting with peers in a supportive environment.
Children will leave with practical tools they can use throughout the school year, including strategies for managing stress, navigating challenges, and feeling more comfortable with transitions.

C.A.M.P is a therapeutic half-day summer program designed to help children and teens strengthen emotional skills while still experiencing the fun and connection of summer camp.
Led by licensed therapists and trained mental health staff, C.A.M.P blends evidence-based coping skill development with engaging activities like art, games, movement, and mindfulness. Campers learn how to:

Spring is a season of growth and change — but transitions can feel overwhelming for kids and teens. As schedules fill up, academic pressure increases, and social dynamics shift, many students feel stretched thin. Longer days don’t always mean lighter stress.
Our Spring Into Wellness Workshops help kids and teens reset, refocus, and strengthen their sense of calm — inside themselves, in their environment, and through meaningful connection with others. All activities are creative, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support emotional well-being during this season of change.
Each 90-minute workshop includes a carefully designed mix of:
Creative, therapeutic activities that strengthen inner calm
Hands-on projects that support environmental calm at home and school
Group activities that foster connection-based calm and positive peer interaction
Age-appropriate coping skills for managing stress and transitions
Mini-lessons on emotional awareness, growth, and resilience
A take-home tool or craft to support continued wellness throughout the season
Workshops are grouped by school age to ensure activities are meaningful and developmentally appropriate.

📙 High School: Balance, Boundaries & Bloom
Teens reflect on what growth and balance mean to them this season. They’ll explore strategies to regulate stress, shape their environment intentionally, and maintain supportive peer connections while navigating academic and social demands.
