Spring Into Wellness — Seasonal Wellness Workshops for Kids & Teens

Spring is a season of growth and change — but transitions can feel overwhelming for kids and teens. As schedules fill up, academic pressure increases, and social dynamics shift, many students feel stretched thin. Longer days don’t always mean lighter stress.

Our Spring Into Wellness Workshops help kids and teens reset, refocus, and strengthen their sense of calm — inside themselves, in their environment, and through meaningful connection with others. All activities are creative, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support emotional well-being during this season of change.

Each 90-minute workshop includes a carefully designed mix of:

Creative, therapeutic activities that strengthen inner calm
Hands-on projects that support environmental calm at home and school
Group activities that foster connection-based calm and positive peer interaction
Age-appropriate coping skills for managing stress and transitions
Mini-lessons on emotional awareness, growth, and resilience
A take-home tool or craft to support continued wellness throughout the season

Workshops are grouped by school age to ensure activities are meaningful and developmentally appropriate.

📘 3rd–5th Grade: Grow Calm, Grow Strong

Kids explore how spring changes and busy schedules can impact emotions. They’ll practice building inner calm, create tools to make their spaces feel peaceful, and learn positive ways to connect with peers for support and encouragement.

📗 Middle School: Stretch, Reset & Rise

Tweens learn how to manage stress when they feel stretched by academics, friendships, and activities. Through creative reflection and hands-on activities, they’ll strengthen inner calm, build supportive environments, and practice healthy connection with peers.

📙 High School: Balance, Boundaries & Bloom

Teens reflect on what growth and balance mean to them this season. They’ll explore strategies to regulate stress, shape their environment intentionally, and maintain supportive peer connections while navigating academic and social demands.

✨ A supportive space where kids and teens can pause, reset, and carry wellness with them — inner calm, environmental calm, and connection-based calm — throughout the season of growth.
