Middle School Group: 12:00pm-1:30pm
High School Group: 2:00pm-3:30pm
January can feel overwhelming for kids and teens. Returning to school routines, shorter days, and post-holiday fatigue can increase stress, low motivation, and big emotions. Many students feel pressure to “do better” in the new year while navigating winter stress.
Our New Year, New Calm Workshops help kids and teens reset, recharge, and learn practical ways to feel calm — inside, in their environment, and through connection with others. All activities are creative, engaging, and designed to support emotional well-being.
Each 90-minute workshop includes a carefully designed mix of:
Creative, therapeutic activities to build inner calm
Exercises and crafts to create environmental calm at home and school
Group activities that foster connection-based calm and positive peer interaction
Age-appropriate coping skills for daily life
Mini-lessons on understanding stress, emotions, and self-care
A take-home tool or craft to support calm throughout the season
Workshops are grouped by school age to ensure activities are meaningful and developmentally appropriate.
Kids explore how stress and winter routines can affect mood, practice strategies for inner calm, and create small tools and activities that make their environment feel peaceful. They’ll also learn ways to connect positively with peers to feel supported.
Tweens learn to manage stress, build motivation, and reconnect with themselves. Activities help them develop inner calm, craft strategies for environmental calm, and strengthen connection-based calm through shared reflection and creative exercises.
Teens dive deeper into self-awareness, explore what peace and balance mean for them this season, and practice strategies to calm their mind, shape their space, and stay connected to supportive peers. Creative exercises and reflective tools help teens leave with practical strategies for emotional regulation and focus.
✨ A warm, supportive space where kids and teens can slow down, reset, and carry calm with them — inside, out, and in connection with others — just when they need it most.
Spots are limited. Register today.
