Every family deserves therapy in a language and cultural context that feels safe and understood. Our therapist, Henry Marcano, provides services in English and Spanish for children, teens, and caregivers navigating acculturation stress, language barriers, or adjustment challenges.
These sessions create a warm, inclusive space where families can feel seen, supported, and empowered in both language and experience. -
If your child or teen has been recommended for a crisis screening before returning to school or other daily activities, we’re here to help.
We offer same-day appointments to assess immediate needs, provide recommendations for a safe return to school, and connect families with the right level of ongoing support. -
Healing should never depend on affordability. Through our supervised training program, we offer reduced-fee and no-fee trauma therapy for children and teens.
Therapists and therapists-in-training are trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), including culturally adapted models for:
Black youth and families
LGBTQIA+ teens and caregivers
Youth in foster care
Sessions focus on emotional safety, resilience, and care that honors each client’s unique story and identity.

Self-harm, destructive behaviors, and suicidal ideation can consume us. Through the therapeutic process, we will work to create a life worth living and develop healthy coping skills.

Substance use can make you not feel like ‘you.’ The path to recovery is better taken together.
-
In our free 15-minute consultation call, we will explore your specific goals and needs, and if we have the right experience and tools to help.
If we are not the right therapist for your goals, we will help you find someone who better meets your needs!
Our therapists use culturally responsive, evidence-based approaches to help individuals manage emotions, build coping skills, and heal from difficult experiences.
Sessions often begin weekly to build connection and momentum, then adjust as progress unfolds. Together, we focus on collaborative goals, emotional growth, and long-term well-being.
