Internship Training Program

Are you looking for a placement?

Autana prioritizes training clinicians to be equipped with tools that honor individual experiences and broader complexities, while safeguarding their own mental well-being throughout the clinical training process.

Join our internship program where you'll receive up to ten hours of weekly training and supervision, including specialized training in evidence-based practices, individual and group supervision, guidance on navigating imposter syndrome and preventing burnout, and the opportunity to master a comprehensive set of research-informed clinical skills during the course of your internship.

    • Guided training and practice in TF-CBT and mindfulness-based approaches

    • Skill-building in CBT and group therapy facilitation

    • Personalized individual supervision for clinician growth

    • Weekly reflective group supervision to nurture collaboration and insight

    • Build a small caseload of clients for individual therapy

    • Cofacilitate individual and multifamily groups

    • Shadow intake and therapy sessions with our team

    • Serve on a multidisciplinary team of practitioners with a myriad of areas of expertise

    • Learn from experienced professionals in the field of mental health.

    • Receive guidance on navigating imposter syndrome and building confidence in your practice.

    • Gain experience in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

    • Become a part of a network of valuable practitioners and network opportunities
