To help make care accessible, we offer a sliding scale for individuals and families who qualify. If you’d like to learn more, please mention this to our Intake Coordinator during your free consultation!
We currently accept payment by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, HSA, and FSA cards. If you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits, we can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Visit reimbursify.com for assistance with submitting out-of-network claims.
