Group Supervision
For LLC & LLPC’s
Autana Family Therapy’s Group Supervision offers a space where therapists can explore how their values, core beliefs, biases, and cultural identities shape their clinical work. Together, we’ll create a supportive community that encourages growth through shared experiences, self-reflection, and mutual learning.
-
Deepen your understanding of how your identity influences your practice, helping you become more culturally attuned and strengthen client relationships. Experience a safe, supportive environment where vulnerability and humility are valued, enabling meaningful reflection and growth.
-
Build clinical skills and confidence with an emphasis on adapting approaches to serve diverse client needs. Engage in reflective supervision practices that sharpen your intuition and clinical insight.
-
Balance the demands of clinical work with humor and fun, fostering an enjoyable and engaging space for learning that promotes resilience and connection.
-
Learn strategies to overcome imposter syndrome in a supportive setting while developing tools to manage burnout and secondary traumatic stress, supporting your long-term wellness.
