“I am passionate about helping individuals and families heal from trauma, rebuild after adversity, and reclaim their voice through compassionate, client-centered care.”

  • With a background as a Certified Divorce, Transition, and Recovery Coach® and nearly seven years of experience supporting individuals and families through major life transitions, I bring a strengths-based, trauma-responsive lens to my work. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, and I strive to create environments where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach integrates narrative work, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence, grounded in a deep respect for each person’s resilience and story. I am especially interested in learning more about trauma-focused CBT, group facilitation, and policy-informed practice that advocates for systemic change while honoring individual experiences.

Whether participating in therapy groups, engaging in outreach services, or supporting ARISE’s broader mission, my goal is to offer warmth, presence, and purpose-driven care as I grow into the social worker I’m becoming.
