Is your child or teen struggling with focus, overwhelming emotions, or navigating challenges at home, school, or in friendships? Are they dealing with the effects of trauma, low self-esteem, or finding it hard to regulate their emotions? If you're looking for support to help them feel more understood, resilient, and confident, I would be honored to partner with your family.

I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Oakland University, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. I integrate my deep understanding of child development with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide care that is both holistic and developmentally attuned.

I am especially passionate about supporting children, teens, and families through life’s transitions. I also love working with moms across the lifespan—whether you are in the thick of toddlerhood, feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin, or preparing for your teen to gain independence and move into the next chapter. Parenting can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I bring an upbeat, positive energy into sessions while also creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I focus on helping clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and resilience—tools they can carry with them long after therapy ends.

If your child, teen, or family is struggling, or if you as a parent are feeling overwhelmed and in need of support, I would love to walk alongside you in this process.

Let’s work together toward healing, growth, and a more connected, confident future.

  • With over 20 years in the early childhood field and the past 10 years as an Early Childhood Specialist in the GSRP program, I have dedicated my career to helping educators navigate the emotional journey of supporting children with challenging behaviors and those who have experienced trauma. This background has equipped me with the expertise to support children and families facing similar struggles. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and teens as they find their way, helping them build emotional regulation skills, develop healthy self-esteem, and recognize their own self-worth.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, ensuring that each client feels heard, valued, and empowered. I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and build resilience.
